This return policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning items purchased from our website.

Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a full refund or exchange. Items returned after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted.

The return period begins on the day you receive your item(s). We recommend initiating the return process as soon as possible to ensure your return is processed within the timeframe.

Eligible Items for Return

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Items in original, unused condition
  • Items with original packaging and tags intact
  • Non-personalized or non-customized items
  • Items that have not been damaged by normal wear

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Items damaged by misuse, abuse, or normal wear
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Items that show signs of use or wear
  • Blessed or consecrated items (for spiritual reasons)
  • Digital products or downloads

Return Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags and original packaging
  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these requirements may be returned to you at your expense.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item with all original materials and include the RMA number
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address we provide (return shipping costs may apply)
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange

Return Shipping

Who Pays for Return Shipping:

  • Defective/Wrong Item: We pay for return shipping if we sent the wrong item or if the item is defective
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays for return shipping if returning due to change of mind or ordering error
  • Exchange: We pay for shipping the replacement item

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns over $50 in value. Buddha Crafter is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Refund Amount: The refund amount includes the item price and original shipping costs (if we made an error). Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or variant (when available). To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the return process outlined above
  2. Specify that you want an exchange and indicate your preferred replacement
  3. We'll send the replacement item once we receive and approve your return

If the replacement item has a different price, we'll either refund the difference or request additional payment.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Cross-Border Returns: Customers shipping across borders are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend contacting us before returning such orders.
