Refunds and Exchanges

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. We understand the difficulty of picking personal items online. Therefore, all orders can be returned and exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase for a full refund. **Exchanges are not available for damage caused by normal wear and tear.

Please note that most Buddha Crafter items (unused) can be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are not included. Additional service fees such as shipping and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.

However, if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will also cover the return shipping costs.

If the item is in stock, you will receive a refund or exchange after we receive the returned item.

Please note that after an exchange, items are no longer eligible for refunds.

If you have purchased an item for more than 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Sale items are sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that returns and exchanges are not accepted in this case.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and must be in its original packaging to be eligible for return.

Return labels are only provided for defective products within the policy period.

Return shipping costs depend on the weight of the product, your delivery location, and the courier method you choose.

Defective items purchased within 1 year, with proof of purchase, can apply for a special offer code for 50% off the same item.

To complete your return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Please do not return your item to the address shown on the package.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit it to your credit card or original payment method within one week. All shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email [email protected]

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Label-Free Returns

To return your product, you will need to pay for shipping yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You can use your own shipping method. We strongly recommend that you use a carrier that provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Be sure to keep this tracking number for your records. Buddha Crafter is not responsible for packages lost in transit sent via carriers that cannot be tracked.
